meet me in the middle
Long time no update!
Anyways, down to business. My script frenzy story is kind of... non-moving right now. (i.e., I failed.) Oh, but that's okay, because I am a graphic novel artist. But. I had a problem with my story within the last week of April, so, Script Frenzy was not won by Ali.
BUT! That is okay, because, (joy of joys!) my friend Abby has an electric violin that she doesn't know how to play. She said I could have it, so I may soon have some actual Klaviere music going on, as opposed to silly synthesizer GarageBand ordeals. I also have my own midi keyboard (which I may have mentioned earlier, but I am too lazy to check my archive), and some zills (finger cymbals, which I may have also mentioned earlier), and random recorders and drums in my garage, so new music is in order. YES! I am so pumped. (I am trying not to say things like "pumped" because they sound stupid. But, it was needed here. I AM pumped.)
Another thing of beauty is the Shojo Beat special offer involving buying a subscription and then getting a free How To Draw Manga guide. And while I can draw and write, I have no idea how to put a comic book together, so it would be mondo-ly helpful. Also, my subscription ran out a while ago and I've been feeling the pain ever since.
